Browsing profiles is free. To message a guider you need an active Travel Pass. Once you have one, you can chat with as many guiders as you like during your pass window.

A one-time pass (2 weeks or 1 month) that unlocks unlimited chat with locals during your trip. No subscription, no auto-renew — you only pay for the window you travel in.

No. We don’t take a cut of what you arrange with a local. We earn only from the Travel Pass — so locals keep everything they earn.

For everyone’s safety, all contact happens on-platform. Sharing off-platform contact details in profiles or chat is blocked — it keeps you protected and disputes fair.

You must be 18+, have a valid ID, know your city well, and pass a short video interview. The whole process takes 2–3 business days. See Become a Guider.
