LocalVietnamGuide is a platform that connects travelers with independent local guiders. We are not a tour operator and do not provide the local experiences ourselves.
A Travel Pass is a one-time, time-limited purchase that unlocks the ability to contact guiders on the platform. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew. Prices are shown before purchase.
All communication between travelers and guiders must happen on the platform. Sharing off-platform contact details (phone, WhatsApp, Viber, Zalo, email, social profiles) is not allowed and may be hidden or lead to account suspension.
Anyone 18+ with a valid ID may apply to become a guider. Guiders must pass identity verification (eKYC) and a short interview. Guiders set their own indicative rates and keep what they earn from experiences arranged with travelers.
Users must behave respectfully and lawfully. Report any issue to our support team. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
